The Safe Harbor Fund supports teammates and their family members, along with environmental organizations, who are facing financial hardship, or are in need due to natural disaster, where inadequate financial support such as insurance is not available.

*Teammate must be full-time employees with six-months of continuous service.
*Grants are designed for those who greatly need them and are typically one-time grants up to $5,000.
*Grants are not typically intended to support general expenses or other non-emergency related costs.
*The Safe Harbor Fund is administered by an independent selection committee, which has exclusive and final authority and discretion to determine grant recipients and award grants.

Safe Harbor teammates and the global boating community can make one-time or ongoing tax-deductible donations directly to the Safe Harbor Fund using a debit or credit card. Safe Harbor teammates can also donate through payroll deductions.
